He secured the top spot at the South Africa U20 Championships in March 2024, setting a new personal best of 10.13 seconds in the 100m event.
He finished as runner-up at the South African Championships in April 2024, clocking 10.27 seconds in the 100m race.
As part of the South African 4x100m relay team, he qualified for the 2024 Paris Olympics at the World Relays Championships in Nassau, Bahamas.
